📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems using Autodesk Revit software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other MEPF professionals to ensure accurate and efficient design development.
• Develop and maintain project-specific templates and standards to streamline modeling processes.
• Conduct model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare accurate and detailed construction documents, including plans, schedules, and specifications.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the design team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software updates to enhance modeling efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEPF modeling, preferably with Autodesk Revit.
• Strong understanding of MEPF systems and their integration within building designs.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, including advanced features and customization.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles and workflows.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes relevant to MEPF systems.
