You will use our state-of-the-art learning management system, Khan Academy Kids, to create personalized learning experiences for each child. • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the developmental stages of young children.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assist in the implementation of the school's curriculum using Khan Academy Kids.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a seamless communication and support system.
• Participate in school events and activities to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor the progress and development of each child.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Early Childhood Education through continuous professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Kindergarten or a similar role.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of child development and psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
