🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT network and site support.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
• Proficient in using network management tools like Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and SolarWinds.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
