📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate and secure competitive pricing on car parts and accessories.
• Monitor inventory levels using SAP and other ERP systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Work with suppliers to manage lead times and ensure timely delivery of inventory.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory planning and management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and best practices.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant inventory management certifications is a plus.
