📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning using industry-standard tools like the Housekeeping Management System (HMS) and cleaning carts equipped with professional-grade products.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Handle and manage linens, towels, and bedding, ensuring they are properly stored and replaced as needed.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Stay updated with the latest cleaning techniques and industry best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and mops.
• Knowledge of housekeeping software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
