📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all investor communications, including preparing and presenting financial reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and analysts
• Conduct investor road shows and meetings
• Monitor market trends and develop strategies to enhance investor confidence
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to investors
• Develop and implement investor relations strategies to support the company's growth objectives
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, with a proven track record in building strong investor relationships
• Deep understanding of capital markets and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in financial reporting or a related field is a plus
• Experience working with financial software such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools
