📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive innovation in sustainable farming practices by identifying and implementing new technologies and methods.
• Optimize farming operations to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Work with our team to develop and maintain our farming software, including our custom-built Farm Management System.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in our farming processes.
• Collaborate with farmers and stakeholders to ensure our solutions are practical, effective, and aligned with their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agriculture and technology, and bring this knowledge to our team.
• Contribute to the development of our company's strategic vision and goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture or a related field, with a strong focus on sustainable farming practices.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and optimizing operations in the agricultural sector.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
• Proficiency in using farming software and tools, such as Farm Management Systems, GIS software, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
