• Develop and implement disability inclusion programs that promote accessibility and independence.
• Coordinate with local communities, partners, and stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Monitor and evaluate program progress using tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Create and manage budgets for programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training workshops and capacity-building initiatives.
• Advocate for disability rights and inclusion at the local and national levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure funding and support for programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in disability inclusion and advocacy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in disability inclusion programs, preferably in a leadership role.
• Certification in Disability Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to disability rights and inclusion.
