• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, or BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian Identification Card) and work permit for Indonesia.
