📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns.
• Use CRM and support ticketing systems like Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.
• Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer support process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 6+ months of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer support role.
• Proficient in using CRM and support ticketing systems like Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in customer service (CCE/CFE) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
