Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability,Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations,Conduct regular production meetings to discuss progress and address any issues,Develop and maintain production reports and dashboards for management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and control,Strong knowledge of production planning and control software,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus,Proficiency in English is required
