📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the performance of our critical applications using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Prometheus
• Provide Level 2 technical support to internal teams, resolving complex issues and implementing workarounds
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks
• Develop and maintain documentation for our applications, including troubleshooting guides and system architecture diagrams
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage of our critical systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our infrastructure
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Train and mentor junior team members on application support best practices and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer or similar role
• Proven experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages like Bash or Python
• Strong knowledge of database management systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
