📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all resort operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and guest services.
• Ensure seamless guest experiences by coordinating with various departments.
• Utilize ResMan and Cvent to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor budget and financial performance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing resort operations in a luxury setting.
• Certification in Hospitality Operations Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ResMan and Cvent software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
