📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients.,Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.,Oversee the planning and execution of luxury hospitality and corporate events.,Ensure all events meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's client base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and event management.,Proven track record of success in luxury hospitality and corporate events.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales and event management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
