Moon Port Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from conception to completion.,Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure seamless event execution.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are adhered to.,Oversee event staff and ensure they are properly trained and motivated.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during events.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.,Handle any issues or problems that arise during events and find solutions.,Prepare and present event reports to clients and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
