📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates for various positions using various methods such as job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a database of candidates and update it regularly.,Provide recruitment reports and metrics to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
