📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
  • Document patient health records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.
  • Assist in emergency situations and respond to patient needs promptly.
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1/S2) with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in English or local language (Indonesian).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security.
  • Valid SIOP (Surat Izin Operasional Praktek) and SIK (Surat Izin Kerja).
