In this role, you will be responsible for leading audit teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing strategic insights to improve our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate audit teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of audit assignments.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the integrity and security of our operations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Oversee the training and development of junior auditors to maintain high standards of performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of audit projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
