📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring proper reconciliation of sales and expenses.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking and ordering.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage the cashier's schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Provide regular reports on cashier performance and sales data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or administrative roles in retail or similar industries.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail POS systems and software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.
