📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Excellent customer service skills and a passion for food and hospitality.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
