As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently.
  • Check guests in and out, and assist with reservations and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including managing keys, room assignments, and check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and hospitality systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
