📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR department in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Support the HR department in handling employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide support to the HR department in conducting HR analytics and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
