Fresh graduate or have limited experience in the banking sector,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
