📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and develop client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Fluent in Indonesian and English.
