As a Deputy Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse, from inventory management to logistics coordination.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and enforce inventory control systems to maintain accurate records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse space utilization and implement strategies to optimize storage.,Conduct regular audits to check inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the warehouse or logistics industry.,Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using warehouse management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
