📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement trading strategies for a diverse range of commodities and food ingredients.
• Conduct market analysis and risk management to ensure the profitability and sustainability of trading operations.
• Negotiate and execute trading agreements with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the procurement and logistics of commodities, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of traders and support staff.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive business growth and profitability.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.
• Report on trading performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commodities trading, with a focus on food ingredients.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trading strategies.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with trading software such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
