📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with accounting and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with internal control policies.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a managerial position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
