📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily airfield operations, including aircraft parking, fueling, and catering services.
• Coordinate with ground handling agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain airfield equipment and facilities using AMS and Ground Handling Software.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both commercial and private aviation clients.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of airfield infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement operational improvements.
• Handle logistics and inventory management for ground support services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation ground operations or a similar role.
• Certification in Airfield Operations or Ground Handling is a plus.
• Proficient in using AMS and Ground Handling Software.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
