This position is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction in our retail environment. As a Senior Staff Service, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and handling financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping.,Manage the cash drawer and ensure the store's financial records are up-to-date.,Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and surrounding areas.,Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.,Must be able to work during store hours, including weekends and holidays.
