Bidang Wati Fruit is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the restaurant.,Ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that all food and beverages are of high quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
