📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create training materials and resources,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Provide support to senior training officers as needed,Participate in team meetings and training sessions,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with training software and tools,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Ability to adapt to changing training needs and methods
