In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy. You'll use our in-house CRM system, Zoho, to manage customer data and ensure seamless communication. Daily, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, helping to build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Use Zoho CRM to manage customer data and track interactions.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in customer service is a plus.
