📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

  • Represent the company at various events and functions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or service industry.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
