CV Wira Sri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Sukabumi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer service excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and implement restocking procedures.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet store targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
